SCANFIT.ai does not collect or store any photographs or video images of users.
Our system captures two high-resolution silhouette outlines only, which cannot be used to identify individual users.

These silhouettes are utilized to create a 3D model which is the bases for our various simulations and algorithms.

B. Anonymous, Non-Identifying Data Only
All scan data processed by SCANFIT.ai is fully anonymous.
No last names, emails, phone numbers, personal identifiers, or biometric markers are collected or stored.

2. How We Use Scan Data

SCANFIT.ai may use anonymous scan inputs and resulting support outputs to improve, validate, and enhance our algorithms, fitting models, and overall system performance.
No data used in this process contains information that can identify an individual.

 

D. Support Recommendations Only — Not Mattress Selection
SCANFIT.ai provides support-level recommendations based on simulated surface pressures.
We do not make specific mattress brand or model recommendations, and no scan result should be interpreted as a prescription or guarantee of product fit.

E. No Liability for Consumer Mattress Choices
SCANFIT.ai offers guidance related solely to support measurements.
Individual consumers remain fully responsible for their own comfort preferences, purchasing decisions, and mattress selections, whether made in-store, online, or elsewhere.

 

SCANFIT.ai assumes no responsibility or liability for any consumer choices based on scan results.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect all anonymous data processed through our system.
Because SCANFIT.ai does not store any personal identifiers or images, no user-identifiable information is ever at risk.
